I am missing Always Watching which should be a standard in this type of deck. I started out with a similar deck (without Gideon) but, over time it evolved into Life and Death SOI Vampires (Mardu), check it out and see what you think.

Cool. Maybe this seems stupid, but, Languish? It's a good board wipe and could win the game with Zulaport Cutthroat. Tell me what you think. Also, I would like to hear yout thoughts on my deck, I Don't Like Those Permanents. This is similar style, but using more SOI cards instead of Allies.

languish is a great card but I can't see it working here. Languish is a control card, and this is a midranged deck. Our strategy relies on building up a powerful boardstate in the early game, and at any given point we'll probably have more creatures than our opponent. Playing Languish would be doing our opponent's job for them.

I'd appreciate any more suggestions, if you have any.

That is true. I was treating it more like an aristocrat-ish deck, partly because that's more what my deck is.
