Low-ish to mid-range budget, non-competitive deck that isn't quite a budget deck because it has some improvements/upgrades with some more expensive and powerful cards, but nothing crazy. The goal is to win either through combat, spell slinging control, or alternate win cons or other damage sources. The main idea is to make and have artifacts and cast a lot of instants and sorceries.

There are a good number of counters and control spells, along with a lot of artifact creation/ramping. There is a smaller theme of Dragon Tribal, but mainly that's just for treasure synergy and flying, not a central theme.
