Have you found that 31 lands work fine for you? I tend to run 36+ in my decks and other people seem to think that that is still not enough

Edit: Ah never mind, I was looking at custom categories. You may want to add "Mana" tags to your other lands as well

Is Hypnotic Siren really worth it over Treachery or ever Control Magic? That's a lot of extra mana for +1/+1 and flying, and getting a 1/1 flyer if the creature it's on leaves play is hardly a consolation prize. You could also consider them over Sower of Temptation, which is easier to kill and whose advantages aren't really capitalized on in this deck.

Copy Enchantment might be a worthwhile inclusion if you find you regularly have at least one piece of creature theft floating around. Merchant Scroll is another solid tutor that you may not have considered!

Figured you already have the Curse of the Swine in. The first combo gives you everyone's creatures as pigs, but at least it clears all of your opponents creatures. The second I just found when my friend played the card, Cauldron of Souls, a few days ago and giant light bulb went off. Quicksilver Fountain would help slow your opponents down and you could utilize your Seasinger again. Cheers!

Just thought of a couple more. For control, Roil Elemental. For copy, Vesuvan Doppelganger or Clone. Having a few Roil Elemental's can be devastating to opponents army. Cloning a Doppelganger can give you a constantly flexible and diverse army as the board changes.

Your whole deck can get wrecked by a Homeward Path. Some LD is nice in the form of either Strip Mine, Wasteland, Tectonic Edge. Theres more but I think you only need 1 or 2 of these at the most.

Thran Dynamo can help you ramp in addition to your lotus. Play turn 4. Then turn 5 play another island, your commander and have enough mana for a counterspell (because no one wants their commander taken away).

If not the dynamo then maybe a Caged Sun can help.

Clever Impersonator for utility

Consecrated Sphinx for card draw. I call him constipated sphinx.

If you really want to steal their creatures efficiently then Gilded Drake is always nice. Extra points if you bounce it.

Not on theme with your deck but still something to consider, Ixidron is a blue "board wipe." Another card that's not on theme but still interesting is Crystal Shard. Can save your creatures in a pinch of make someone think twice about casting a creature to tap out. Can be used politically to exploit ETB effects as well.

Ancient Tomb for ramp

Also to add to the above comments, if you run Quicksilver Fountain, then add Oboro, Palace in the Clouds. Triggers landfall if you add Roil Elemental and helps you create a soft lock with the fountain.
