I may be not using it to its fullest ability but c'est la vie.

Plan A: Draw until Spellweaver Helix is in hand.

Imprint an extra turn card or Collected Conjuring, and Dragon's Approach (DA).

Cast another DA and go crazy.

Plan B: Infinite copies of Dualcaster Mage with Heat Shimmer or Twinflame then beat face. Or if Ral is out win on the damage trigger repeating.

Plan C: Chain DA and get mana from Birgi, God of Storytelling  , Runaway Steam-Kin, and Storm-Kiln Artist.

Plan D: Beat face with tokens from Metallurgic Summonings.

Notes: Cerebral Vortex is a pet card of mine. Personally, I like the steam punk look on the Izzet characters under pressure. But the dream for me is to go hella crazy with Plan A and Time Spiral and defeat someone with Cerebral Vortex.

Sphinx of the Chimes is a great card for this deck because why not pitch two DA and draw four cards.

Ral, Storm Conduit while great with Spellweaver Helix might not do a great deal of damage on it's own. However, the scry ability is in my opinion a great tool to have for this deck.
