I would probably play Llanowar Elves alongside Mystic for more quick mana. You want to be able to consistently cast your power cards on turns 3-4

That's a good idea! So I'll replace 3 Axebane Guardian and 2 Jaddi Offshoot for 2 Llanowar Elves and 4 Overgrown Battlement...Or would it be better to have 4 elves and 2 Battlements?

I think you are doing a lot of the right things (+1)

Personally I like Arbor Elf over Elvish Mystic, (especially if you use Market Festival).

Have you considered changing Golgari Guildgate and/or Jungle Hollow for Woodland Cemetery? Or maybe add a Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx?

Since I don't know your budget on this it's a little difficult to give advice, but you could look at my deck Hydra's Fury or Ascension into Godhood, though the former is probably more relevant, for inspiration on how to use (or make) huge amounts of mana... there are bigger things out there than Terra Stomper ;-)

Thank you for your comment! :) About the Arbor Elf - I have tried many combinations of ramp cards and with current lands I personaly see this as the best one. About the lands and stronger creatures - neither me or my friends have these cards and for now I don't want to spend more money on mtg...

Fair enough, I'd still argue that you might want to take out Golgari Guildgate since, unless you run a win condition on Guildgates, there are way more efficient dual-lands. Jungle Hollow is better, but it still enters the battlefield tapped, which slows you down. Temple of Malady might be worth it if you feel you don't draw the right things though..

Depending on how other people in your local group plays, you might also consider Upwelling, which prevents you from wasting Mana.

Anyway, very cool deck, I still haven't been able to fit my copy of Garruk, Apex Predator in any deck able to compete in my casual group ;-)

But I don't have these lands and I don't have access to them :D But I will definitely change the lands if I get some better ones. :) And I'm glad that you like this deck :)

Have you tried targeting Gyre Sage with Increasing Savagery for mega manaramp? I use this in my hydra deck and although a touch slower than Llanowar Elves and friends, when it hits, it's game over!

Interesting idea but sadly I don't have access to those cards...And moreover adding those cards would mean changing this deck a lot which I'm up against - it's working great now.

Seems like a fun casual deck to play. :)

There is only one solution to Mana flooding in green: bigger, meaner creatures!
My recommendations in black depends a little on how many people you usually play in your local playgroup?

In Green I would suggest

  • Hydra Broodmaster, since, if you have "too much" mana, you just make him into a 20/20, with 13 13/13 tokens to help him, and the game is pretty much over using only the small sum of 26 arbitrary mana and a .
  • Feral Hydra, he's slower to build up than Broodmaster, but you can empty you manapool into him several times.
  • Wurmcalling, because an X/X wurm every turn is going to really screw your opponents' day.

As I don't play Black ramp myself, I cannot talk from expierence in this, but I would recommend various 'pay x: kill your opponent(s)' cards, such as

  • Exsanguinate kills multiple opponents, and fills your life with theirs (in case you can't kill all of them)
  • Killing Wave board wipe, regardless of whether the creatures have protection, like indestructible.
  • Profane Command this card has so many different uses: killing your opponent; returning a creature from the grave; killing/weakening a creature; or giving your creatures semi-unblockable (fear)
  • Damnable Pact killing your opponent with either mill or loss of life

I don't remeber if I have already suggested this, but since most of your devotion is green you could use Karametra's Acolyte in your ramp. She's thougher than the 1/1 elves, and she gives more mana the more green permanents you have in play.Druid of the Cowl is another slightly more expensive card to replace the elves.

The same is true for Drumhunter.

Dryad Arbor can be more difficult to hit with spells than your elves.

While a lot more expensive, Elvish Aberration is a lot more difficult to 'kill.

One of your best bet, however is Elvish Archdruid, which both makes your other elves more powerful, and can tap for mana based on the number of elves you have.
