This is a deck idea I got. It relies on ramping through Gyre Sage and defenders (Axebane Guardian is the source of ramp) while disrupting the flow of the game for my opponent with spells like Abrupt Decay and Dreadbore. Then I start to cast spells like Rakdos's Return, Bonfire of the Damned and Devil's Play to deal heavy damage. I don't know whether I'll ever play this deck in exactly this form but it does seem fun to me.
