An Abzan deck revolving around Gather the Pack and the Delve mechanic to continuously play larger threats such as Siege Rhino, Gurmag Anglerand Tasigur, the Golden Fang while using Herald of Torment primarily for its bestow cost.

The sideboard has been built in order to change the deck from its aggro perspective into a far more controllish sitting. This is mostly to gain a better matchup against opposing abzan decks and being able to deal with decks that simply outclass the midgame (eg. GR-Devotion). I usually sideboard in the following manner:

• The sideboard cards Ultimate Price , Surge of Righteousness and self inflicted wounds are there to replace other removals and often Herald of Torment to combat specific threats that are often more effecient than your own.

• Elspeth, Sun's Champion has two copies simply because some decks overrun before the delve engine starts running and she fills the role of a mass removal and comeback train well.

• Glare of Heresy with the rise of G/W aggro decks and since Elspeth lurks around in most white midrange/control decks, Glare is just a nice card targetting most of these.

• Unravel the ether This is mainly to combat Hangarback Walker and U/R thopter decks. It has merits against Tutelage decks and constellation decks as well of course.

• Bile Blight I cannot fathom why people often choose to cut this card , especially in the current meta. 1) It deals with Fleecemane Lion, 2) it occasionally gives answers to troublesome Hangarback Walkers and to Elspeth, Xenagos and Hornet Queen scenarios all of which this deck struggle against.

Ps: The sideboard is not 100% settled. It will of course vary from meta to meta.etc.

So far I have loved the deck, although it can be improved by quite a lot I imagine. Therefore, suggestions and comments are warmly welcomed.
