Howdy again, brewers!

This is the first of four decks I decided to build for an "EDH Gauntlet" Tournament I set up with some friends. I don't remember exactly where this idea came from, but we put our own spin on it and are looking forward to reporting back when it's all over! Keeping it brief, it's basically a commander tournament with the singleton card restriction extended across 4 decks instead of one (except for basic lands, of course). There are 4 rounds, with initial pods assigned randomly, then Swiss rules afterwards with a custom point system. Each player rolls a d4 to decide which deck they will play in that round, and once a deck is played, it can't be played again in the tournament. Exciting stuff!

Tasigur. You either love him, hate him, or kinda wanna kiss him. There is no in-between. This deck seeks to kiss him - specifically with an "evolution" effect like Eldritch Evolution, Neoform, or Birthing Pod to roll into winning Hoarding Broodlord lines. A more optimized version of this deck would draw cards early, interact with opponents to slow their development, cast Tasigur early, and and tutor aggressively for an evolution effect. This deck is a tad slower, but the overall gameplan remains the same. I added a far inferior backup line of Chain of Smog + Witherbloom Apprentice because I had the cards and space.
