A charge counter deck that wins by darksteel reactor. The reason there is only 2 in the deck is because you can take infinate turns with magistrate’s scepter, and end up drawing one. In case they are both at the bottom, you can just attack with winding constrictor 10 times, after you destroy your opponents entire field with a lux cannon. Ensnaring bridge can help you not be attacked so you can survive against an aggressive deck.
