This deck took top 8 this past weekend. I was quite impressed with the power this deck has and some other improvements i might try out.
Match 1: G/W Aggro (2-1)
Round 1: Easily one of my favorite matches. He basically comes out swinging with lions and voices. Down to two life, I flashed in a boon satyr triggering two strenght of the fallens and killed his creatures. On to next turn with a nother strength triggering a whole bunch and winning.
Round two: Curved nicely into a smited and ajani and GG
Round three: He got mana screwed and I didnt. GG in 5 minutes.
Match 2: Jund Monsters (2-1)
Round 1: I curved out nicely and ended the game with a suprise herald of torment bestow and strength trigger.
Round 2: Turn 3 Stormbreath. GG
Round3: My deck just faster this time.
Match 3: Naya Walkers (1-2)
Rounds 1: Game going well, he drps a sotrmbreath and takes down a chunk. I play bestowed a howler triggering fallen to deal exactly lethal.
Round 2: I HATE SCOOZE... and stormbreath. Never recovered from scooze tearing apart GY.
Round 3: Very very very close. Just couldnt keep up with the power in the deck with my draws.
Drew into top 8. 2-1-1
