G/B First Deck looking for advice!

Hey so this is my first attempt at making a standard deck and I'd really appreciate advice on how to improve it. I was mainly trying to create a mid range deck with decent removal and strong creatures.

I've also never made a sideboard before so I'd love some input on what it should include.
