Nightmare is really an awful card outside of mono-black and even there it'd probably be a bad card. Earliest you can possibly get it out is turn 3, and if you get him out turn 3 the best he could be is a 3/3 if you shocked in an overgrown tomb and played two other swamps. He's not going to be as powerful as you need him to be, and will more often than not be a dead draw.
The staves are a wasted slot. You'd be better off running 4 Lotleth Troll in their place, or Scavenging Ooze .
Running Gaze of Granite may be a mistake as it wipes your board as well as theirs, based on mana cost. So it doesn't matter that you scavenged 4 other creatures onto that Slitherhead you still lose it because it's 1 CMC if you put at least 1 mana into it. If you're looking for a board wipe for tokens then you're better off casting Ratchet Bomb for a no charge sacrifice.
Consider Reaper of the Wilds . May suit your purposes more as you can make her hexproof to dodge removal after scavenging onto her, and she's got the beautiful deathtouch and scry 1 on every creature death (even those she kills.)
Unless you plan to win with Vraska's -7, I don't see why you have her in the deck. There are better cards to play at 5CMC that either destroy a permanent or sit around doing nothing, as you have no means to force people to attack Vraska after she does her +1.
Also, if you want to run this fast, why are you running 70 cards and 26 land? Never go above 60. For every 3 cards above 60 you theoretically slow down approximately 1 in 20 games. With trimming it down you can easily run it at 20 land.

So I took out the liliana's, some mana, and nightmares to speed things up. I dont have any Lotleth Troll to throw in but what about replacing the Kalonian Tusker with Witchstalker ? And about the Slitherhead with Gaze of Granite , I use gaze for that purpose. I dont scavenge on to them, I use them to scavenge once i have Corpsejack Menace out on the field to keep Varolz, the Scar-Striped out there. I was also considering something to give hexproof to him and corpse jack, ideas? Also, does Wild Beastmaster have a place on main board? I'll admit, im torn with the staves, only because I still gain multiple life per turn as well as filling the board. I did remove the death staves.

So I did some digging through my cards and found some Predator's Rapport to replace the staves

You're better off keeping the Slitherhead around instead of killing it with Gaze of Granite . Slitherhead can be used to chump block, can be used to just keep attacking to guarantee them taking 1 damage a turn, or can be sacrificed using Varolz, the Scar-Striped 's regenerate effect, which keeps him out there.
Instead of going for hexproof to protect Corpsejack Menace you can probably just run Golgari Charm . The charm will bring that sweet, sweet regenerate to save your creatures, plus it works as a board wipe to kill Slitherhead during their turn if you need to scavenge him for 1 damage for the win.
I do not recommend cutting Kalonian Tusker for Witchstalker because: 1) Witchstalker is a conditional card -- not every opponent casts spells during your turn; and 2) you have very little options to cast turn two other than more one drops which does not create a reliable mana curve. In fact, I'd recommend throwing in Sylvan Caryatid to fill out your two slot more and to fix any mana screwing you may have happen.
If I was running this, I'd have 4 slither, 4 mystic, 4 tusker, 4 sylvan, 4 dreg mangler, 2 varolz, 2 witchstalker, 2 desecration, 2 corpsejack, 2 reaper of the wilds. Run 22 lands maybe, otherwise 20. Then however many cards I have left would go to cards like golgari charm, doom blade, putrefy, and abrupt decay

Your sideboard doesn't do good against any match up. Its just random, mostly unplayable jank. Fade into Antiquity removes gods. Golgari Charm hates on mono-blue so bad along with Skylasher . Lay of the land is just not good. I would replace with Read the Bones to stop from running out of fuel

Im trying to get ahold of Ratchet Bomb to replace Gaze of Granite . I really like Skylasher , Fade into Antiquity , Reaper of the Wilds and Sylvan Caryatid suggestions. Now, just to get ahold of them. Thanks guys for the suggestions. Ill post more once I get this goin.

So I took out a Desecration Demon , Gaze of Granite , 2 gates, a Putrefy , and a Vraska the Unseen . I added 2 Ratchet Bomb , 2 Sylvan Caryatid , 4 Skylasher and 2 Fade into Antiquity . This adjustment has made a serious change in my game play. Considering most of the people im up against are playing espers or blue control/devotion, Fade into Antiquity was a great addition to counter Thassa, as well as Ratchet Bomb to counter Master of Waves with all the elementals. Thanks guys for helping me spruce this deck up!

I would suggest Abrupt Decay . It is really good because it hits things like Detention Sphere , Underworld Connections , Domri Rade .... plus all those little creatures.

I'll def keep an eye out for trades to pick some up. Currently working a black devotion deck with a trick up my sleeve thats doing pretty well. Ill post that when I can. I went 3-1 last monday with against mono black and espers top 8 decks with it, so thats really been my main focus lately. Thanks for the input!

Even in draft, the staves were the least picked card. My point being, they suck royally. With a mostly green mana curve, the already mediocre lilliana is terrible. I don't even know what you were thinking with that sideboard. Maybe you should check my deck out:
