Jadelight Ranger over scrapheap 100%. Jadelight Ranger can get huge fast and offers pseudo card advantage and you know...can block. I'd also replace Glint-Sleeve Siphoner with a couple Chupacabra's. Siphoner is too slow in a non energy deck. You'll make up the "lost" card advantage with Jadelight Ranger.

Control is going to be good in the new meta making Scrapheap great and almost certainly better than Jadelight. And Siphoner is still a must answer threat. Though there could be better options.

I'm going to test around with them, but I'm not as certain Jadelight deserves a spot.

I honestly think you should look at jadelight ranger. Even if control is gonna be good, you end up getting card advantage which is great VS control and a huge body if you have constrictor out. Yes Scrapheap is a good card vs control but with all the graveyard hate control decks will be playing to go against decks like GPG or sultai builds (Scarab god) is still around them taking out your scrapheap is going to be cake for them. If anything scrapheap is a sideboard option, its just not as good anymore like it was back during mardu vech days. If you really want something to go against control look at lifecrafter's bestiary running a few of those would destroy control in the long game since you are creature heavy.

Green/black is bad for control now.. Scrapheap IMO is not worth the spot.

You bring up a good point with graveyard hate. And I don't dislike Ranger, but I do think it is a worse version of Rishkar in the deck. But I will make the change and test it out.
