This deck has some serious potential, although I've never seen an Esper Mill, there's a couple problems however, like card draw, could definitely help if you replaced some of the Archive Traps with Thought Scour, and Ghost Quarters in main might be a thought, as your opponent will most likely want the search, so you can throw a trap on them. Visions of Beyond is good, might want to consider adding one more, and possibly add one more Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank combo into your sideboard. You could even possibly put some Jace's Phantasms, and Fog Banks for some defense, happy to see a different take on Mill however. +1

@dominal Yeah, I keep going between having them there and not having them there. It's very MUCH a work in progress. I'm testing both ways, just didn't remove them from the sideboard with the last change.

@KoRnF3wzed Yeah, card draw seems to be my biggest weakspot. I'm also weak to control decks. With more card draw on my side, I think I could power it out. Especially if I mill some counterspells, and then throw a haunting echoes. But for some reason, in playtesting, I keep ending up either extremely mana heavy, or mana screwed, and it seems there's no good middle ground. With 24 lands, I lack mana about 85% of the time in playtests (here, and on cockatrice) Adding in the additional land helped sometimes, but then I'd get into pockets of mana where I'd topdeck land for 5 turns in a row.

Comments Archived, as that was an older version of the deck.

Still looking for help on the sideboard.
