This is a deck list for the budget format, Gentry. This is a control deck focused on surviving long enough to mill out the opponent with either Teferi's Tutelage or Ruin Crab. Ashiok, Nightmare Muse and Lochmere Serpent are also potential win conditions. Jace, Mirror Mage has synergy with the mill plan, as well as general fixing and card advantage which is necessary for controlling the opponent. Discontinuity is just there for fun and could be replaced with something else if you want, I've included some suggestions in the Maybe board.

If you're up against tokens, like mono-white or Improbable Alliance, then consider siding in Suffocating Fumes. The other sideboard cards should hopefully be fairly obvious in their use case. If your LGS meta is heavily weighted towards more spells, then consider running some Negate's in your mainboard and run Anticognition in the side.
