Pretty much get an infinite mill engine (Aphetto Alchemist/Basalt Monolith + Mesmeric Orb or the plethora of targeting for 0 effects + Cephalid Illusionist) going then there are a few ways to combo...

Bitter Ordeal

Dread Return Sharuum the Hegemon returning Blasting Station to the field. Then tap the station sacking Narcomoeba. Then mill some more until you hit the eldrazi titan(s) shuffling your library so you will eventually get Narcomoeba. Tap the station then sac it. This is creating an infinite loop.

Other combos:

Crucible of Worlds + Fastbond + Zuran Orb = an arbitrarily large amount of life and damage.

Massacre Wurm is included because if you get the loop above with Forbidden Orchard it's an instant win.
