This is my current Standard deck with what cards I've just had in boosters etc, and I'm fairly new to the game, so I'm open to any feedback people have. :)

General strategy as it stands is to try to use your Clues draw power to call out cards such as Dragonlord Ojutai, Archangel Avacyn  , Tireless Tracker, etc. Of particular note is the combination of cards Briarbridge Patrol + Tamiyo's Journal .

Always Watching is in the deck to provide some small measure of survivability to the various smaller creatures, as well as being invaluable once Dragonlord Ojutai hits the field, and the Planeswalkers are in the deck to provide drawing power (Tamiyo, Field Researcher), and some punch ( Gideon, Ally of Zendikar).

The deck is largely untested and I'm more than happy to listen to literally any feedback people have to provide. :)

EDIT: I've edited the deck to accomodate what I feel are good new cards to put in - some of which are listed in the comments as recommendations. The ones I swapped out for them are in the sideboard. I'm more interested than ever in hearing feedback. :)
