Its like Shu Yun minus the blue. Get your commander out, cast instances and sorceries that pump your commander up and kill someone with commander damage. This commander however, doesn't suffer the same issues some Shu Yun decks do, which is that it's hard to get a hand back to get Shu Yun back 21 power/11 power with double strike. If you have the hand to get Feather to 21 power/ 11 power with double strike, then you are going to keep that hand hopefully forever! Example: If you cast Gods Willing, Seething Anger, Reckless Charge, Distemper of the Blood, and Assault Probe (1 White + 4 Red + 1 Generic = 6 mana total) all on Feather, you get to exile those as they resolve and bring them back to your hand at the beginning of your next end step!

P.S. AT THE TIME OF MAKING THIS DECK I HAVE NOT SEEN THE COMMAND ZONE EPISODE REVEALING THIS CARD. I HAVE ONLY SEEN THE TWEET THE COMMAND ZONE TWITTER HAS MADE REVEALING THIS CARD. ALL THE IDEAS I HAVE GOTTEN FROM THIS DECK IS FROM THE FACT THAT I HAVE A SHU YUN DECK I PLAY.

P.S.S I have now seen the Command Zone episode revealing Feather, The Redeemed. The maybe board is made of some of the suggestions you guys have made, things mentioned in the command zone episode, and obvious white/red choices that are probably expensive.
