This is a deck built around Vodalian War Machine. It aims to spew merfolk onto the battlefield, use them to "crew" the War Machine and create beneficial effects at the same time. There's also quite a bit of protection effects in the deck, since putting all your merfolk in the War Machine would be incredibly risky otherwise.
