I'd might consider Debt to the Deathless . Combine that with your Crypt Ghast and you've got yourself a win con. Also I'd run Tithe Drinker over Syndic of Tithes . The one less toughness shouldn't matter and on top of the extort you get lifelink. I know this is budget, but i might consider running at least one or two copies of Blood Baron of Vizkopa . He absolutely wrecks MBD and decks like white weenies (it kills me, lol). Maybe throw a couple Sin Collector s in the sideboard too. Overall, nice deck. I love the extort mechanic though it hasn't seen much play, so i'm glad to see someone putting it to use.

Thanks for the suggestions! I totally didn't notice the Debt to the Deathless + Crypt Ghast synergy. I was actually just thinking about fitting in some Sin Collector into the main board but since i already have Duress I guess SB makes more sense. Blood Baron is a bit pricey for me but down the road I'll definitely check him out. Thanks!

Instead of sideboarding murder against black decks, you might want to consider Dark Betrayal . It goes a long way with extort.

It was budget until I added the scry lands and blood baron lol. I'll sideboard 4x Doom Blade to swap out with Devour Flesh if not against black

If you're on a budget this looks like a good start. I would first sub out Dutiful Thrull for Soldier of the Pantheon , or Favored Hoplite for a cheaper alternative. I would drop Gift of Immortality for something with card draw, maybe Read the Bones or Underworld Connections . Godless Shrine if you have a few dollars around, same goes for Thoughtseize over Duress . Or use both if you want to be a real dick.Otherwise +1 for playing Orzhov.

I find that sticking with either Read the Bones OR Underworld Connections is better, though for me I picked Underworld Connections because I need the devotion.

Supanova200 Merciless Eviction is incredible against multiple D-spheres, planeswalkers, or Pithing Needles. If they D-sphere an Erebos or Four Desecration Demon s, an Eviction will really help you. Your Mana Curve is a little off, though.

I see its usefulness but the hard part is figuring out what to pull out. I would mb 2 but I'm not exactly sure what I should remove to make room for it
