As a quick aside before getting into the deck: I would suggest organizing this deck by custom categories if that isn't the default to help make sense of it.

This is a Zada, Hedron Grinder combo aggro deck that can feel a lot like Storm. The idea is to swarm the board with creatures then to use our card draw spells (like Renegade Tactics ) to draw a bunch of cards by targeting Zada, Hedron Grinder and copying it for each creature we control. The goal is to draw 10+ cards and hit another card draw spell along with some of our mass mana makers like Battle Hymn . Then you combo off by casting a bunch of pump spells and killing everyone in one fell swoop (or you know... maybe just killing one or two people but having a ton of fun doing it).

This deck is a bit of a glass cannon. That is, it can do incredibly powerful things, but it is fragile because it all depends on our Lady Zada. To help her survive we have Champion's Helm, Swiftfoot Boots, and Lightning Greaves. Be aware that Lightning Greaves will not allow you to target Zada with your card draw and pump spells so you'll have to swap them to another creature first (which will incidentally make that creature not get targeted by copies). Even so, it is important to try to make sure she survives and the zero cost equip is too good to pass up. We also run Cavern of Souls to help make sure we can resolve Zada. We have a decent amount of other Goblins too that helps make it worth it but even if you didn't I would still run it.

The pump spells are mainly geared towards haste and trample with some double strike. When we combo off we want to make sure that any creatures we cast after drawing cards can get in for damage. Double strike is obviously amazing with such high powered creatures, and trample is a must to deal with pesky blockers.

Suggestions are welcome. I am still in the process of getting the last few cards for this deck. And while I believe I have looked at at least most of the cards that you might ever consider playing for this deck... I haven't been able to try them all out yet.

The rest of the decks is just powerful cards like Past in Flames and Fury of the Horde or alternate win conditions like Spikeshot Elder and Guttersnipe. One of the great things about this deck is that it is pretty dang cheap since most of it is just a pile of "bad" cards that don't see play anywhere. And the more expensive cards probably have decent replacements. If they don't, you can always replace them with more ways to swarm the board, pump your guys, or filter cards.

That's the deck! Overall it is a lot of fun to play but it can be fickle sometimes. The wins pretty much always feel the same so I wouldn't settle on this as your first Commander deck even if it is cheap to build.
