Firstly I must say sweet deck! +1 for that
Secondly I suggest playing 2-3 Temple of Epiphany. I have played the deck and because of the amount of lands in the deck you can get a little manascrewed. When I did the change the deck ran much more nicer. =D

Move Thopter Spy Network to the sideboard, mainboard 4x Shrapnel Blast (you can cast this over the top of one of their burn/removal spells to sneak in some nice damage), and make sure you have enough counters in SB:
Stubborn Denial (protection for your "ensouled" creatures)
Clash of Wills / Negate (counter their hate)
Then, expect heavy red-aggro, so include some cheap burn/removal in the SB:Wild Slash
Seismic Rupture
Searing Blood

Thanks, but I'm trying to keep this a deck that's not control. Spy network is my only card that lets me draw, but I think I might use some burn. I think I'll sideboard some Searing Blood. Thanks!

Magma Jet is also good because it removes a troublesome blocker and also sets up your next draw.
I am Anticipate-ing a lot of Artifact hate in reaction to this archetype dominating PT Origins, hence I am adding a little control. In your case, you'll just have to burn them out faster ;-)

I've played your list and I've played other versions. I'm sorry to say that yours can be upgraded. I would suggest the following:
The only reason why you have Chief Engineer and Renowned Weaponsmith is to get the high cost Soul of New Phyrexia and Scuttling Doom Engine out by turn 4 or so. The problem with this tactic is that it's too slow! Same for Reclusive Artificer. I would recommend removing this strategy because it takes space in the deck for a late game that just didn't work properly against most matchups. Being able to Shrapnel Blast the Scuttling Doom Engine is nice of course, but your deck should be able to get the game locked in before that kind of stuff is even viable or needed.
Ghirapur Gearcrafter is a waste of space with only 1 in the deck and the card itself can't hold a candle to the much better Thopter Engineer. Removing that completely would be a good idea.
There should be 4x Ornithopter, 4x Hangarback Walker and 4x Shrapnel Blast in the main. You have the 4x Ensoul Artifact already so that's good. You should run 4x Ghostfire Blade or at least 3x of it.
You should remove the parents because they are simply too slow to give good results due to the activation cost of their activated ability vs Whirler Rogue who can make something unblockable are soon as you play her for immediate benefits. It's so easy to deal 2 damage in standard and removal is everywhere that the parents can't compete properly. x4 or x3 Whirler Rogue for a better 4 drop value.
Foundry of the Consuls is simply too slow. Sack for 5 mana to get two 1/1 flying thopters is a joke. The better choice is to put in something like Tomb of the Spirit Dragon so that for 2 mana and tap you can gain life! Being able to gain 5-6 life per turn in the mid to late game will keep you alive vs almost any threat in standard right now or help you stay alive long enough to stabilize in the case of a bad game. You should also be running 4x Temple of Epiphany for the scry.
Thopter Spy Network should be a sideboard card at best should you ever need the card draw because that's really why you're using the card. In most games you shouldn't need to drop a 5 mana enchant because it's a slow solution to card draw that's not even actually guaranteed. But it has a place in the sideboard. Speaking of which, Obelisk of Urd and Rending Volley , Scouring Sands , should be removed from the sideboard completely. Replace Rending Volley with Roast so you have an answer for the rhino and abzan in general. You need to use the resources available from blue in this deck, things like Disdainful Stroke , Negate , Seismic Rupture (a much better version of Scouring Sands for 1 extra mana that can actually remove things like Rabble and Piledriver + tokens) in the sideboard and main board x4 Stubborn Denial to stop board wipes and whatever else. You should also probably run Phyrexian Revoker in the main board simply to shut down activated abilities of planewalkers, mana ramp, etc..
