Golgari goodstuff, kinda sorta...

this deck quickly became one of my favorite decks to play. Still tweaking it a bit, but most of the card choices are set in stone at this point...

Objective is simple: jam out Gitrog, flood the board with lands, and win with either Marit Lage beat downs followed by Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord activation, sac all your lands to Zuran Orb, then Splendid Reclamation for massive landfall triggers from either Ob Nixilis, the Fallen or Rampaging Baloths, flood the board with 5/3 elemental tokens from Titania, Protector of Argoth, or just generate a bunch of mana for a lethal Exsanguinate.

I've been playing with the number of lands, and 40 seems to be the magic number. I've seen as low as 37 and as high as 70. If you think I should run more or less, I'd love to hear your reasoning

This deck dredges and tutors a lot, so it's crucial to sequence your everything. It's not the easiest deck to pick up (I've tried lending it out for mixed results), but I find it very rewarding when you successfully toad all over the place.

The most obvious problem is graveyard hate. Abrupt Decay and Nature's Claim are the only ways I can deal with some of the more common pieces of grave hate, and if I can't tutor/draw for them, well, then I can't combo.

---currently testing Manabond and Tireless Tracker---

Looking forward, I would like to try Volrath's Stronghold, Crypt Ghast, Tempt with Discovery, Cabal Coffers, and Skirge Familiar to lean harder into the Exsanguinate kill
