I built this Zur the Enchanter deck because I was looking for a way to compete in my meta without spending a ton of money. The idea is to get Zur going, get him protected, then start tutoring up answers to almost anything and playing devil's advocate. I'm hoping that, unlike a Leovold, Spymaster of Trest deck, I can keep things competitive and fun without ticking the table off too bad.
