DrkNinja Champion of Lambholt with this commander is quite powerful and often can end games on a similar level as Cathars' Crusade as she also sets off combo with the sac for mana engines.
Though it is true that this deck wants about 5 more lands and btw Calciform Pools has a color identity of w/u and is illegal with this deck.
As for more card suggestions it's a good idea to look at other people's version of a Ghave deck so why not start with mine in Tokens and Counters Everywhere

@Demarge Well all the cards I listed are all apart of infinite combos with ghave, I'd rather have infinite combos than a creature with infinite P/T. "Oh what's that? I'm gonna Murder your champ you say? No, I would never."

it's a 3 cmc card that enables infinite when combo'd with an alter and ghave and also acts as a means to make all your creatures unblockable DrkNinja and if it bites a kill spell after you've gone infinite you just use that alter and go infinite again (remember with ghave out you could just make 4 billion tokens and use some of them to make those tokens huge, so in that sense champion does in fact do exactly what Cathars' Crusade would do, but only for 3 mana).

These all need to be in the deck:- Ashnod's Altar- Blade of the Bloodchief- Young Wolf (any undying creature)- Phyrexian Altar- Cathars' Crusade- Corpsejack Menace- Ivy Lane Denizen- Illusionist's Bracers- Triskelavus- Doubling Season- Primal Vigor- Parallel Evolution- Savra, Queen of the Golgari- Death's Presence- Gyre Sage- Geralf's Messenger
Get rid of these:
Also you need about 37 or 38 lands, if you are willing to put the money into it fetchs and duals...
