Ghave, Guru of Spores

Alright, when you think Ghave you normally don’t think “Lifegain”, however I found it bonkers abusing the ETB Life gain triggers. With how many Saporlings come and go; it was hard to not see the potential. Any how it’s fairly straightforward, while you do Ghave_Stuff why not gain life? Soul's Attendant, and like abilities, are what we want. Panharmonicon is a neat way to double the triggers-essentially doubling life gain. The amount of life you can gain, in 1 rotation of a 4 player game is ridiculous.
There are a ton of ways to produce copious amounts of Saporlings. Well, now it’s time to kill. Overwhelming Stampede, and End-Raze Forerunners are a good way to end the game. Have a good amount of Saporlings and swing out with a bunch of trample-y bois.
There are tons of options to break certain ways of making Sappy Bois. My Favorite is Mikaeus, the Lunarch, and have however many counters on him as you please. End of someone’s turn you have say 3 Saporlings, Ghave, and Mikaeus. Tap Mikaeus-remove a counter, put a +1/+1 on each other creature you control. Now tap 3 Mana to remove a +1/+1 counter from _each Saporling. And continue this as many times as you wish to build an army.
So being able to reallocate +1/+1 Counters as needed; is one of the best parts of Ghave’s abilities. Instant speed responses to attacks, or targeted removal is important. For these Shenanigans there are;Seedborn Muse, and Wilderness Reclamation. K
