Aggro control based around exploiting lifegain triggers to get Karlov as many triggers as possible. Focusing on trying to keep a lower curve in general to get more value off Extort triggers.

This build avoids a few things that could work well in the deck but I just don't consider all that interactive or what I want to be doing here:
Whispersilk Cloak -- slightly too uninteractive for a single card, maybe should get over it and add it anyway
Sanguine Bond -- 2 card infinite combo with Exquisite Blood is kinda meh IMO and Exquisite seems like a stronger card for the deck
Felidar Sovereign/Test of Endurance -- just not really interested in auto-wins, especially ones as brainless as these
