So basically, this contains a lot of the common elements found in any control deck playing both White and Blue. I used to run a casual U/W deck based on pumping up a bunch of spirit tokens into being a swarm of big threats. So since I have nothing better to do at 1am, and I wanted to design a control deck, I figured "Why not try to make my U/W spirit deck into a control deck?". If you're wondering why I have one swamp in the lands, it's just for the flashback cost of Lingering Souls. This way, I can play just one swamp, then play 4x Evolving Wilds. If I see that I have enough plains and islands when i draw into an evolving wilds, I can use that evolving wilds to grab a swamp to flashback with. If i already have the swamp then I can just grab something else that I'll need eventually anyway. It's not really something that would be used in a tournament most likely, but it works well enough.
