How competitive do you want this to be? Do you have a budget?

Im interested in any cards that you think would be good. I do have a budget but am willing to build the deck over time. currently not using 20 dollar cards I would like to run Bitterblossom and Thoughtseize but can't afford them right now

Take a look at 2015 B/W Token Primer for a general idea of how to build a competitive token deck. The biggest things you need to work on right now are improving your manabase and taking out things like Sun's champion.

I just did. it looks pretty cool, I notice you have much less removal and have main boarded Raise the Alarm and Zealous Persecution

You don't need as much removal as you have. You should have a good number of token threats as well. You also don't need that many anthems. 4-5 is just fine.

I'll see if I come up with any after playing it tonight. I managed to get 2 Bitterblossom today and am pretty excited to see how the deck plays

I would replace the Beckon Apparition with Raise the Alarm or Auriok Champion.

Westvale Abbey  Flip is not good for competitive token lists. You can only activate the abilities when you have 6 mana, it interferes with playing a spectral turn 3 and a hand disruption spell turn one, and the abilities themselves aren't worth it as well. What is your budget for improving this?

I enjoy westvale abbey for it's fun factor more than it's pure competitiveness. i would value any advice or tips that you have. I am willing to spend some cash but i will have trouble affording a playset of Marsh Flats

Fair enough. I can understand abbey being fun for casual play. I would definitely go up on land, and go down on secure the wastes as well.
