what concerns me is if you run into a delver deck, you are screwed. For ramp, as a possible solution out, try Sylvan Caryatid or Elvish Mystic or Llanowar Elves . Also, Cloudfin Raptor is PERFECT in here!

i'd drop Hardened Scales and replace it for some Doubling Season and or Kalonian Hydra .

adventfaith But Doubling Season costs more and doesn't do any more than Hardened Scales, except for Kiora. And Kalonian Hydra, great idea! I had that in a previous deck but never thought to put it here.

Some suggestions: Chasm Skulker , Gyre Sage , Bioshift , Polymorphist's Jest , Predator's Rapport , Solidarity of Heroes , Spell Rupture , Give / Take

Hardened Scales only adds 1 added on to what you are adding, good in small numbers, but mediocre with large amounts of counters. On the other hand, Doubling Season doubles counters for everything, paired with Primordial Hydra /Master Biomancer /Kalonian Hydra , it is a more costly mana drop, but you have no 5 CMC, provides you with a better tempo.

Asher18 Yeah that's the only problem, but I guess it is good at controlling with Mana Leak and uses big creatures so I can block.

Birds of Paradise over Arbor Elf . Mana fixing plus flying is just good business if you want to get frisky with some counters later.
