A dragon focused EDH deck, main reason i pulled shroud is my local meta has a crap load of single creature control

This is ridiculously awesome. One card I might suggest is Kaalia of the Vast . She's not a dragon, but damn would she be helpful. The only problem is figuring out what to remove for her if you decide to use her.

Thank you, and i did not remember Kaalia of the Vast until i saw her picture lol, a quick question for someone to answer...what do i get rid of to fit another something along the lines of Murder or Oblivion Ring in, its kind of bugging me i have almost too much bruise and next to no control of any type

Out of everything in here, the one card that I would really think about taking out is Niv-Mizzet. The rest of this deck seems to be focused on raw power instead of tricks and such. In a more focused burn deck The Firemind is great, but maybe not here.

Looking at that i agree, also got rid of the double strike zombie that for some reason i put in, made room for Kaalia of the Vast and a Murder

The zombie was an interesting choice, but maybe not the best for this deck. Taking it out was probably best. If you feel the fancy, you should check out my EDH that I've been working on. You seem to have a pretty good idea of what you're doinga nd I would appreciate the help. Kresh's Highscore! (Work in Progress).
