I don't know if it's out of your budget, but I think Goblin Guide is worth cosideration.

@XLunAbate

I don't see any point in using Goblin Guide other then its +2/+2 with haste.

But the greatest disadvantage is that you give the player card advantage. He can also lose strong cards with it. But if its a land he gets extra mana. Sometimes that 1 Mana is just what you need. I'm not really willing to take the risk. Unless you can tell me otherwise.

The thing with Goblin Guide is that, if he doesn't reveal lands, you know what your opponent is going to draw (and that makes games too), plus, he's so aggresive it hurts. It's ok to be skeptic, but I suggest you to proxy it and tell me then. In some games you get nut draws of 3 Guides and your opponent loses before he can realize it, in others he reveals a land and then gets Bolted. But considering it all, I think it's worth the risk.

@XLunAbate

What cards should I remove for 4x Goblin Guide

The Goblin Arsonist will be replaced for Legion Loyalist in a week.

And I've read some info about it. And It may be worth it yes.

I think you should have 10 1-drops, so, if Bushwhacker is technically a 2-drop I think the best is:

4x Guide

4x Loyalist

2x Fireslinger/Arsonist

Oreios says... #6

I got 23 now -2 if you count Bushwhacker off.

I'm considering to do -2 Legion Loyalist , and +2 Goblin Wardriver

Don't count noncreature spells as 1-drops, as you rarely got to use them on the first turn. And maybe you're right, as you don't have anything to do in your second turn (You won't be playing battle hymn nor reverberate on your second turn), so you only can hope to respond to your opponent with burn or play two 1-drops.

I think that my deck is now quite powerfull.

Having lots of different kinds of goblins. All low mana cost and the combination makes all of them strong.

I'm quite satisfied now. Unless you have any remaning suggestions?

XLunAbate says... #9

Oh, and as I think that you're not going to Flashback Devil's Play, you should replace it for Comet Storm or Banefire

January 23, 2013 3:41 a.m.

Oreios says... #10

Good option. I may change it for Banefire As the damage will go 75% to the player. And that means more damage because with Comet Storm targets cannot be the same. (source gatherer).

But, you could also see it this way. If I play card:Devil's Play early on for cheap cost.It gets into my graveyard and is castable for flashback. If I then play Battle Hymn I'll have all the mana I need and make the card multi usable.

XLunAbate says... #11

Well, if you like it that way, then keep Devil's Play. I think the deck is fine either way.

January 23, 2013 3:53 a.m.

Oreios says... #12

I'll put banefire in my sideboard. :D

@Deck_Maniac

I think Warren Instigator is a pointless mob as you need a whole lot of luck that the player does not have any ceatures to block on T2 or on T3. I do know that If you are that lucky you can put 2 creatures on the battlefield. But my current Deck is not build on luck. I'ts build to kill :D

Legion Loyalist is already in it. I'ts a gatecrash card so will be replaced when it releases. (check sideboard)

Deck_Maniac says... #15

usually u team instigator with a burn spell to get rid of anything in the way or team it with any of the other goblins +1's since it has double strike but if u don't want to it's totally fine, just a suggestion.

January 24, 2013 2:37 a.m.

Oreios says... #16

@Deck_ManiacI may add Warren Instigator later on. It shall be side boarded for sure.

Versus slow but powerfull decks Warren Instigator is a gods blessing.

I think you should add a couple Teetering Peaks

January 24, 2013 3:02 p.m.

Oreios says... #18

c16sh1

I like the card, but I dislike that its tapped and that it's only untill end of turn.

Not really sure what to do.

@Deck_Maniac I added 2 warren instigator for 2 Goblin Fireslinger

January 24, 2013 3:29 p.m.

c16sh1 says... #19

with your average mana cost being 2, and having a mono colored deck, coming in to play tapped won't be a big deal. Mono colored red deck wins runs it, and that deck doesn't even have that many creatures. I'm not saying add 4, because you never want to have 2 of them in your opening hand, but it's worth it to run 2 or 3.

January 24, 2013 3:39 p.m.

Oreios says... #20

I don't know.

It's only a small boost for a entire turn of less mana. The first 4-5 turns I need to drop lands that give me mana instead of tapped.

January 24, 2013 3:45 p.m.

Deck_Maniac says... #21

@Oreios looks great, let me know how it turns out for ya. As for Teetering Peaks Idk since I usually just side deck it for slower decks that I face because the coming into play tapped really does suck.

January 24, 2013 6:19 p.m.

@Deck_Maniac

When playing versus fast decks.

"coming into play tapped really does suck."

exactly my point

more token generation means Burn at the Stake becomes even more powerful. i would put in Dragon Fodder and things like that, then Reckless One or Voracious Dragon as bombs

card:Krenko's Command is good too, and is 4 Krenko, Mob Boss really necessary? He is still a legendary creature and you can only have one of him on the field.
