This is my Simic ramping Deck which I used to play in Casual and (modern?) Two-Headed Giant matches in my local community. It is originally based on the Kiora Duel Deck (http://magic.wizards.com/en/content/duel-decks-elspeth-vs-kiora) and moved into a more ramp and control based direction.

I allways liked the flavor and mechanics of simic decks like this, even if they seemed to have some problems of being competitive in the modern environment which I usually play. But in the environment of Two-Headed Giant and Causal which often tend to be more slowly, this deck has some crazy abilities to win games. They budget is also very good. Comments and suggestions are welcome :D

1. Ramp/Draw

Coiling Oracle good early game card for ramp and thining out the deck. Could be blinked by Deadeye Navigator in the late game for card draw

Explore Also good early game card for ramp and thining out the deck. Some kind of combo with Simic Growth Chamber

Urban Evolution Ramp and Card draw in the mid to late game. Kind of questionable at the moment.

Prophet of Kruphix Awesome card! Untapping during oppenents turn and creatures with flash is just insane. Not sure wheter to put more of these into the deck. But you dont want to hit 2 of them normaly.

Telling Time Stable card for thining and controlling deck. Not sure whether I should replace it with Anticipate or Curse of the Swine which was also part of the deck or cut it for another card.

1. Control

I prefer hard counters like Dissolve and Dissipate for multiplayer and causal ennvironment event if those are slow. Voidslime would be a better replacement but it doesnt fit that much in my budget. I also used Plasm Capture but it tended to be mana intensive.

Into the Roil Stable card with possible card draw. Good against fast decks in the early.

Refreshments

Eternal Witness Classic reviver. Could be blinked by Deadeye Navigator in the late game for card advantage.

Greenwarden of Murasa Strong reviver in the late game. Maybe little bit to mana intense. Could also be blinked by Deadeye Navigator in the late game for card draw.Possible Interaction with the Witness.Finisher

Rite of Replication Versatile Card with crazy strong kicker finish. Possible Targets Eternal Witness, Greenwarden of Murasa and Sylvan Primordial which is just insane and a lot of fun ;)

Deadeye Navigator hardly removeable creature. Awesome targets for pairing are Eternal Witness, Greenwarden of Murasa and Sylvan Primordial

Sylvan Primordial nothing more to say

OthersBow of Nylea Awesome versatility and useful to spend surplased mana

Nissa, Steward of Elements just want to try it out ;)
