In a parallel Universe Avacyn and Griselbrand simply vanished in between a bloodied battle between heaven and hell. A Mystical being not unlike "Arcanis, the omnipotent" intervened and moved them to a different plane of existence because their fight was a disturbance to the world's balance.

Soon thereafter chaos broke out between Angel's and Demon's as their generals were absent, chatastrophies, strife and death everywhere to be found. Something had to happen.

It was admist this chaos an Angel of Jubilation sought a Champion to help find Avacyn, whilst an Ambassador to the demons, Ob Nixilis, the Fallen, accompanied her in search of Griselbrand.

This obscene pact brought a truce of peace between heaven and hell, for as long as their leaders were not to be found. Following their cry for help Gideon gathered Odric and some of his loyal men to accompany him. On the other hand Ob Nixilis gathered some of the most worthy demons, while the Angel of Jubilation gathered the worthiest of the angels.

Together, this entropic alliance would face legends unseen...
