Lingering Souls is powerful, speeds up the win with Elesh - consider adding more

I like Delay as a late-game fetchable hard counter, sometimes it just works.
It might also work nicely with a fetchable Redirect for when the spell resolves.

Remember that Gifts Ungiven works for reanimating Snapcaster Mage too, and it can be used for more than just reanimation -- Rune Snag and Lingering Souls to give your opponents a difficult decision.

Awesome fun to be had responding to a good spell with 6 mana open and a Gifts Ungiven, might be work investing in 4 of these and toning down the Merchant Scroll which doesn't generate card advantage.
