Lightning Helix is typically a 4-of in Boros burn lately. But this is Naya, where that slot is taken up by Atarka's Command.

What are your thoughts on Thunderous Wrath?

I've been testing it as a 2-of in my Burn list, and it can shave a turn off the clock you need to kill them. But then the card is pretty much unplayable without miracle-ing it.

Sadly Thunderous Wrath is just too inconsistent. If you open with it you're out a card, which is kinda bad. Burn often needs its entire opening hand. It looks nice on paper but in practice it doesn't perform that well.

Let's not forget Atarka's can buff your creatures and you can essectially deal 5-7 damage with one card for 2 mana with Swiftspear. It's also a pseudo-skullcrack as it can block heals.

I think your atarka's command question relies on how consistently you have 3 creatures on the battlefield, or 2 with one being a swiftspear. I don't play goblin/burn so I don't know the answer to this. Lightning helix is a guaranteed 3 damage/health per mana spent, whereas atarka is more situational but has the possibility of better tempo/efficiency. It also can serve as some minor protection, although in a world of bolts and 2 health creature, that seems to be worthy of disregarding (minus swiftspear). Honestly, I'd just go with whatever fits your playstyle.In regards to black, I think it helps more with sideboarding than your mainboard. If you have lifegain in your meta, go with Naya. If you have a variety of different deck types, go with Mardu.

Naya Panorama is a much cheaper fetch card that could work for you.

patricka177 panorama says it enters tapped. Too slow. I'm not concerned about price as I already own the deck.

How does this deck do against all the current meta decks hardened scales affinity, storm, KCI, hollow one, etc. ?

MagickedOne I'm not really sure, I've been out of the loop for like half a year due to... life happening. I do know there are 2 new cards for burn though.
