Hi Folks, Today we will be breaking down my current Ghoulcaller Gisa Zombie tribal deck. To start I chose Gisa as my commander due to her ability to create high amounts of Zombie Tokens quickly. This paired with a general aristocrats strategy and multiple recur-able creatures allow us to combo off with Gisa and potentially deal a lot of damage or cause massive field disruption. Beginning with the deck's draw engine, Zombie tribal has access to a few high power draw engines with access to cards like Necropotence, Disciple of Bolas, Phyrexian Arena, and Graveborn Muse. I think that the hidden workhorse of the deck is actually Disciple of Bolas. due to him being a creature and thus being recur-able with reanimation spells and given the commonly disposable creatures we have in our board state lead to high life swings that can save you and also large card draw giving you potentially game-winning answers. Other draw sources of note include Graveborn Muse which early game gives you amazing life to draw power ratios but definitely falls off late game when you have accumulated a large board of zombies or other sources of draw. Warning do not leave your Graveborn Muse alone until late game, you will take way too much damage off of the activation cost! Other draw sources are standard mono Black draw and are auto includes in most mono Black decks. Next section I would like to discuss is your board wipes and removal. On the board wipe side we have Black Sun's Zenith, Mutilate, Kindred Dominance, and Toxic Deluge.
