I want to let you know right off the bat that this is not your normal Gisela, Blade of Goldnight deck. Most Gisela decks are very aggro because of her first ability that doubles damage to opponents. I decided to be alittle different and base it off of her second ability that halves (rounded up) any damage done to me. I don't like taking a lot of damage, so this deck makes players find different ways to kill me.

This deck has the control and defensive aspects of white as well as the fast and strong aspect of red. Cards like Intrepid Hero and Grand Abolisher are there for the control aspect. Ghostly Prison and enchantments/creatures are there for defensive purposes. These control and defensive cards are used to slow the game down in your favor until you have the upper hand and get Gisela and/or another large creature out to smash face.

Another aspect of the deck is the Human sub-theme. I found that a lot of the control creatures that worked with this deck were humans, so I went along with the sub-theme.
