A group damage/punisher based Stax deck built for Budget Battle.

Formerly for Budget Battle

Budget Battle Rules:

1) The first week's budget is $50, every week following increases the budget by $10.

2) Basic lands do not contribute to the overall price.

3) The cheapest version of a card will be used for pricing. I.e. a masterpiece or foil can be in the deck for bling but it is priced at the lowest price on TCG player/Tapped out.

4) There is a tolerance for pricing if a card spikes, the spike takes away from the following weeks budget.

5) No combos that can go infinite are allowed until the budget exceeds $80 (unless otherwise agreed). Allowing for optimal time to get answers to combos.

6) Your commander may be changed at any point as long as the deck remains under the budget (it's more fun (and cheaper) to stick to one).

7)All decks must be put on tapped out and be visible to others so your budget can be checked.

8) No two players may play the same commander. First dibs wins.

9) The official Commander ban list will be used.

10) Only Tournament legal white or black bordered cards are legal.

11) Sleeves, deck boxes, and other 'Swag' does not count towards the budget.

12) Cutting is assumed to be skipped unless requested or there are obvious signs of cheating.

13) One free Mulligan is given. And the only time you scry is when you draw less than 7. And it's Scry 1.

14) In a game of 3 or more players, the first player draws.

15) Any other unmentioned rules found in commander apply here.
