I'm no Leptys ( Please go check out his cEDH Gitrog Monster Primer if you are interested in building the deck), so I'm not going to write a huge primer for this build, but I'll at least give some background on the combo and how to win with it.

To combo off with this deck, you first need to have a discard outlet (Oblivion Crown, Putrid Imp, Noose Constrictor, etc.) and the The Gitrog Monster on the battlefield, as well as Dakmor Salvage in hand. First, you discard Dakmor to your outlet, which puts one gitrog draw trigger on the stack. You then replace that trigger with Dakmore's dredge to dredge 2 and get dackmore back to your hand. Now you are back where you started, except with two cards in the yard and, if any of the dredged cards were lands, 1-2 gitrog triggers on the stack. You continue this 'combo' until you have enough gitrog triggers to draw your whole deck. Shufflers like Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and Gaea's Blessing will eventually get milled and cause you to shuffle your whole yard into your library, allowing you to continue dredging and drawing more. Once your entire deck is in your hand, you should discard a land and Kozilek to your outlet, which triggers Kozilek and shuffles it and the land back into your deck. Next, follow these steps for infinite mana:

  1. Play Lotus Petal

  2. Discard a land, putting Gitrog's draw trigger on the stack.

  3. Before the trigger resolves, discard Kozilek to shuffle it and the land back to your library.

  4. Before letting the draw trigger resolve, dredge Dakmor and shuffle your library (made up of kozilek and a land) twice more for a total of three draw triggers, sacrificing the Petal before the last Kozilek shuffle resolves to shuffle it into your library with a land and Kozilek.

  5. Resolve your three draw triggers after the last shuffle, drawing your 3-card deck. Now you're at square one and have a single mana from the petal.

Repeat for infinite mana!

Next, you can go to Leptys's primer and follow his instructions on winning the game with your infinite mana, which involves looping spells infinitely and takes a lot of time to type out, which I don't happen to have right now.

Thank you so much to Leptys, whose primer inspired me to start playing this deck!
