Grateful Dead - The Gitrog Monster Commander Deck

The idea of this deck is to ramp up to The Gitrog Monster as quickly as possible and utilize him as a card draw engine, while also trying to keep the board clear of threats using removal. Ramunap Excavator provides a way to not lose out on lands that are sacrificed for The Gitrog Monster, and Lake of the Dead provides a grinding engine as well as valuable mana ramp. The primary win condition to search for is the Necrotic Ooze + Phyrexian Devourer + Triskelion combo, requiring Necrotic Ooze on the battlefield and Phyrexian Devourer and Triskelion in the graveyard. You can then use the ability from Phyrexian Devourer to load up on +1/+1 counters and use the ability from Triskelion to remove them and do damage. Rinse and repeat. Short of pulling off this combo, you can also use things like Jarad's Orders and the like to put big creatures or creatures with powerful ETB effects in your graveyard, and then use things such as Necromancy or Reanimate to put them onto the battlefield. An example of this working out really well would be the following:

Turn 1: Swamp, Entomb targeting Void WinnowerTurn 2: Swamp, tap Swamp for Reanimate targeting Void Winnower to slow down opponent

This deck thrives in multiplayer but holds its own in 1v1 as well. This deck is not fully tuned due to budget, but any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. At the time of this update, I have done some tuning so the deck list is not fully up to date, but I will update it as soon as possible. New additions will include: Putrefy, Golgari Charm, Grisly Salvage, Diabolic Tutor, Cabal Ritual, Sickening Dreams, and Tainted Wood . Again, all recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I know that the synergy between the deck and the commander is nowhere near perfect, and I would love any recommendations on taking more advantage of the land sacrification/recursion angle.
