Okay, admittedly it's not nearly as op as Goku's spirit bomb, but it works. That's all we care about, right?

This is my take on the classic Azorius Control deck everyone has played against or at least heard about.

Take your time building up mana while countering spells with Remand (which also nets you a card in hand), protecting yourself with Dawn Charm, exiling their nasties with Path to Exile or Detention Sphere, and completely wiping with Supreme Verdict.

Muddle the Mixture is another potential counter, but it's really in here to fetch the meat of the deck: the artifacts.

Isochron Scepter lets you play counter spells and fogs all. day. long.

Strionic Resonator is a beast in this deck allowing you to imprint two spells on the scepter and exile two different permanents with Detention Sphere.

Narset Transcendent is an effective card draw engine in this deck because of the lack of creatures, but another nifty trick she has is her -2, allowing you to rebound your Path to Exiles! Knowing the spell is coming back around should keep the opponent off-kilter.

Keep them tripped up until you can unleash the spirit bomb: AEtherling or Elspeth, Sun's Champion. If one of these fellas gets out, that's usually all she wrote.

And, of course, you can always beat'em up with Celestial Collonade.
