My friend is playing one time Emrakul, the Aeons Torn to draw enless his library and to prevent dying from milling.

What's the reason you went with Soul Spike over Sickening Shoal?

Because I'm almost always targeting my opponent with Soul Spike. Plus the lifegain helps dig with the combo.

Have you played this build in any tournaments? If so what kind of results did you have?

No and nor would I want to. The deck isn't built to sustain any sort of proper meta. This was made more as a one-and-done jank deck to play online when I wanted to try and have some fun (and not let my opponent have any).

There are some slightly more consistent builds Here. But even then, compared to any other decently built competitive archetype you lack the sort of interactivity the great Modern decks utilize.

I love the deck. Yeah, isn't the most consistent deck and dies to any GY hate. It is reasonably consistent for a super fast combo deck though. It also has a little protection in Pact of Negation. There's, Boseiju, Who Shelters All, Leyline of Sanctity, and Pithing Needle in the board as well. +1.

Holy lord the list of upvoters and folders is nuts! Really sweet deck, I'm making the lists both one longer!
