Not many that I know of, Grantley91. Seems like LD stopped being in white early on; I mostly run it in red where there are plenty of options. Usually when I see anything about destroying lands on a white card it also destroys other things (e.g. Cataclysm).
However, a quick trip to Gatherer turns up the following: Catastrophe, Cleansing (probably not useful in this format), and the absurdly pricy Ravages of War.

well if you have or if someone else has Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth in play if you play Kormus Bell then use any board wipe you'll wipe all the lands as well. also if those two cards are in play(Kormus Bell + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth) and you play Linvala, Keeper of Silence, then none of you opponents can tap lands ever, lol. this is worse then board wipe. and if you like this combo its not against the rules to run Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth in any color so if you have a way of getting urborg like a Expedition Map then this gets more easy to play, if you wanted to search these cards out you could use cards like Ring of Three Wishes, or Skyship Weatherlight... whats your thoughts?

Love the title, +1 for sure.
Quick cards I'd suggest for the prison theme:

Grand Abolisher was the first card that came to mind, though ZombieCat got to it first. Darksteel Mutation may fit with the "hate" theme as well.

I really like Karmic Justice and Aura of Silence but I really don't know what to take out at this point. Also thought I'd already put the Abolisher in, even had it in my Wants section of my binder before I went out and bought one (found it in a 3/$2 case at my LGS, score!). Don't know what happened between there and actually adding it to my deck though...

you might like Aurification and Windborn Muse. also Prison Term is better then Arrest

I'd cut two plains and switch them out for other cards. You have 36 lands and you're able to play more than half of your deck with 4 lands in play. You should be fine with 34 lands, maybe even 33.

Hate to be a downer, but Blind Obedience has a black mana symbol in it, you can't use it.
Imposing Sovereign instead perhaps?

If you're willing to spend more mana, Kismet is another good option.

@Popalofiti: The black mana is in reminder text. Blind Obedience is legal in a mono-white EDH deck.

Truly? I was lied to! Well, anyways, other options I suppose.
Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Yeah, reminder text doesn't affect color identity. It's a common misunderstanding, no worries.

Serra Ascendant, would be awesome for this deck.

If you're still playing this deck, what about changing o-ring or banishing light for Grasp of Fate

I'd probably stick it in the sideboard or take something else out for it because I don't usually play multiplayer when I play commander but I was already thinking about it.

Nice deck Grantley91, +1 from me.
I made a stax primer and I was wondering if I could put a link for your deck as an example of mono white control.

Eldrazi Displacer could be good to switch around what's in your "prison". If you've jailed something and something nastier pops in, simply blink Hixus and jail the nastier newcomer. Also, since Hixus only works if the critters in question damage you, maybe use Thunderstaff to mitigate this damage?

I am going to pass go anyways and still collect my $200 because I can and you can't stop me. MWHAHAHA
As for the deck it is interesting. Hixus does seem like a hilarious general even when you are flooding out. Actually he probably is one of the best generals you can have in that case since it is such a deterrent for your opponents to attack you. Meaning you will likely be left alone until you draw some action.
Kind of want to brew my own Hixus deck but I already have a mono white commander deck that I like so I think I will stick to that.
As for suggestions none come to the mind at the moment.
