Pretty standard flicker deck with King Brago as the eternal ruler. The basic strategy is to flicker our permanents every turn using Brago and our other spells ( Conjurer's Closet ) to get us more cards ( Cloudblazer ), more mana ( Azorius Signet ), more creatures ( Whirler Rogue ), and exert a good deal of control as well ( Nevermaker ). We can do it all just by flickering!

Protect the King!

Being able to flicker multiple creatures, artifacts, and enchantments is essential for the deck to have it's maximum impact. To do this, we have to be able to protect Brago and make sure he attacks successfully. For protection we have some standard counter spells and instant flicker effect that can allow him to avoid target removal from Eldrazi Displacer , Cloudshift , Eerie Interlude (also great to avoid a board wipe), Essence Flux . Since Brago can fly, he already has some good evasion. To help him get through better we have Aqueous Form , Unquestioned Authority , Whirler Rogue , and Rogue's Passage .

Raise the King's army!

We have lots of great token spawners to continuously build up a large army with Whirler Rogue , Geist-Honored Monk , Attended Knight , Captain of the Watch , Blade Splicer , and Angel of Invention . Angel of Invention also buffs creatures, let's buff them a TON more with Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit , Cathars' Crusade and Call for Unity . Now that we have an army that's huge in both numbers and power let's make them all unblockable with the King's best field marshals: Odric, Master Tactician and Venser, the Sojourner !

The King is in control

The King sees no need to stock up on to many counterspells. Being able flicker our permanents every turn allows us to exert a great deal of control in cards like Duplicant , Fairgrounds Warden , Lavinia of the Tenth , Nevermaker , Reflector Mage , Stonehorn Dignitary , War Priest of Thune , Consulate Crackdown , Grasp of Fate , Oblivion Ring , and Reality Acid .

Bombs and combos

Bombs, or what I'd consider to be the best cards in the deck are: Panharmonicon , Conjurer's Closet , Venser, the Sojourner and Cathars' Crusade .

The best combo is obviously Eldrazi Displacer or Deadeye Navigator with Peregrine Drake which can get me infinite mana and flickers. This can give me infinite removal, life gain, opponent life drain, +1/+1 counters, or creatures depending on what else is on the field at the time.

Simic Manipulator works great with Cathars' Crusade , there's nothing I enjoy more than stealing opponent's generals.

Speaking of stealing, Control Magic can be combined with Cloudshift or Conjurer's Closet to let me permanently steal something as well.

Improvements to be made

My mana rocks aren't where I want them. I eventually want a Talisman of Progress , maybe a Gilded Lotus or Thran Dynamo as well. Also want Act of Authority for better removal.
