Fire-Belly Changeling is like a bad, slightly cheaper Colos Yearling as far as I care, Changeling Berserker is tempting, but I honestly don't want to swap out any of the actual goats, and 22 creatures seems to be doing me well (not to mention I don't really want to "champion" anything).

What about Goatnapper?

Goatnapper was in a previous draft of the deck, but it lost its place as it was nowhere near as useful as an actual goat, AND relied on using something to make their creatures goats (the strategy was taking 6-8 card slots for an occasional abduction, it just wasn't worth it) mentioned him in the updates.
