This is an update to my budget goblin/artifacts modern deck that I had previously, with less myrs and no Pia's Revolution for a faster, more aggressive playstyle.

The new cards put the deck comfortably under 150$, with the highest cost being Mishra's Bauble, Goblin Bushwhacker and Goblin Engineer, three key cards for the deck synergy.

Also removed Goblin Grenade because I felt it added one condition too many, I prefer the goblins to be expendables and I also didn't like the card's speed being a sorcery. Haste on goblins, Clockwork Percussionist and Experimental Synthesizer should fix both speed and card fetch needs along with the bauble and engineer that were already present in previous version.

Budget cards:

Cursed Mirror instead of Phyrexian Metamorph, less flexible than the latter but it covers our color, is an artifact and is also a 3cmc for our Engineers. [Description is a WiP]
