It's goblins. Lot's of goblins, goblins that come into play together, goblins that fetch other goblins, goblins that make more goblins. Goblins, goblins, goblins.
The idea is to get Krenko, Mob Boss online as early as possible and start building an army. Goblin Matron to fetch him from your library, Goblin Lackey to get him into play earlier than turn 4. Brightstone Ritual is in here to get out of mana-screwy situations, or play a whole bunch of goblins at once. Manamorphose to make your deck smaller. Lightning Bolt and Goblin Grenade are to get rid of annoying things from the opponent, or straight up dome them.
Burn at the Stake
and Goblin War Strike are finishers, the bolts and grenades should make these easier to pull off.
Other goblins are just there to get as many goblins for as little card cost as possible, like Krenko's Command and Mogg War Marshal.
There's a nice combo with Mogg War Marshal and Goblin Grenade Play the Marshal, get a token. Sac the Marshal to the grenade, deal 5 damage and get another token.
Usually can kill around t5/6, but turn 3 kill is possible with only 1 land needed: T1: Mountain, Goblin Lackey.T2: Attack with Lackey (opponent at 19 life), play Krenko for free, tap 1 mana for another lackey or Skirk Prospector. and tap all 5 untapped goblins for 15 damage (opponent at 4 life), spend last mana to play Goblin War Strike for 6 damage or sac a goblin to Goblin Grenade and dome them for 5 damage.
