This is my storm deck focused around Empty the Warrens as most storm decks are. So the whole goal of the deck is to play as many spells as possible with a fully operational Pyromancer Ascension before casting Empty the Warrens. There is a way to make sure you have the right mana and plenty of it Pyretic Ritual and Manamorphose. and there's ways to get cards back and recast them Call to Mind. There's plenty of card draw to get the cards you need Gitaxian Probe, Sleight of Hand, Think Twice, and even Manamorphose lets you draw. And if your opponent thinks that maybe a well timed counterspell or a really powerful board wipe will help stop the goblins from arriving well this deck does have blue after all Mana Leak. And if all else fails pay one mana to Lightning Bolt for six then put it in your hand and keep doing it.

On a side note, yes I am aware Grapeshot is a thing. Yes, I am aware it is an amazing storm card. Yes, I realize it would do amazing in here. Is it going in. . . . .no. Because there is nothing I really want to cut from it. In addition dual lands might be cool but there is enough card draw and well . . .Manamorphose that you will get all the mana you need.
