Concept: Endless assault of goblins. The highest costing card in the deck is only 3, so you can easily keep assaulting each turn, while being able to eventually deal massive damage with Shrine of Burning Rage or offset your opponent by gaining massive amounts of life with Dragon's Claw.

Main Combo: None really, just keep a steady stream of goblins coming, along with building up Shrine of Burning Rage and gaining massive life with Dragon's Claw.

Card Explanations: Goblin Arsonist for a quick creature and the nice 1 damage upon death additive. Goblin Fireslinger also for a quick creature and the nice opponent direct damage activated ability (especially if you don't want to attack). Goblin Chieftain to pump up all of your goblins and give them haste. Spikeshot Elder for opponent creature control, direct damage, or something to do with all your extra mana. Goblin Wardriver for the battle cry (this is especially helpful considering this is a creature deck). Goblin Grenade for some nice creature or opponent direct damage. Reverberate, because it's better than throwing a couple extra burns in the deck like Incinerate, because you can use this to copy an opponent's powerful sorcery or instant spell, or copy a Goblin Grenade or Act of Treason for some real fun. Shrine of Burning Rage to eventually deal massive damage, as everything in the deck is red and costs 3 or less to cast. Dragon's Claw to build up massive amounts of life. Galvanic Blast for it's spell properties similar to Shock, not to mention the possibility of dealing 4 damage if you have enough Shrine of Burning Rage or Dragon's Claw in play. Buried Ruin (just a couple) to bring back any destroyed Shrine of Burning Rage or Dragon's Claw. Traitorous Blood, because I had two extra spaces left in deck construction, so these are here just to have to come in handy. Use them to offset your opponent and deal some nice damage or activate a vital ability, depending on the situation (can really be a game-making card, once your opponent taps out and brings out a solid creature. Rootbound Crag for the Ancient Grudge in the sideboard.

Sideboard: Circle of Flame to offset attacking creatures (without flying), especially those with little toughness. Ancient Grudge for artifact destruction with added flashback. Elixir of Immortality for mill deck control. 2x Traitorous Blood to go with the 2x already in the deck. It's a great card to play right when an opponent casts a huge creature or one with a great ability. Witchbane Orb only, because I had one spot left in the sideboard.

Other: Looking for comments and input on this deck concept. Think it will work? Anything you recommend on amending? Would appreciate to hear you out. Keeping this deck standard so it can enjoy sanctioned gameplay for the longest possible time.

More Info: This is a smart aggro deck. Dragon's Claw stays in the deck. The card stalls you long enough to be able to pull off a massive Shrine of Burning Rage or until you are able to collect and pull off Goblin Grenade + Reverberate for the win. Dragon's Claw is also useful in the fact that instead of of blocking opponents' creatures and killing off your goblins to prevent damage, you can easily take it with Dragon's Claw and have no worries. Don't underestimate its effectiveness. Also against other traditional aggro decks (burn or creature), Dragon's Claw will be the game-making card, especially if your opponent is running red aggro -- and you don't even have to sideboard!

Credit: @tyrannosaurusrex and @Rhadamanthus for the Goblin Wardriver addition. @Rhadamanthus for the Spikeshot Elder and first mentioning the Shrine of Burning Rage addition. @Trehiri for helping me work 4x Reverberate into the deck. @gman for almost all of the maybeboard and possible future changes in this deck's construction based on his suggestions. Thanks guys.
